Description:
User is unable to register an attendee for certain webinar when in PHONE field type these special characters (“- “,” +”) in the middle and can be create with 3 numbers and more than 15 and accept dot (“.“)in middle

Pre-conditions:
User must be preregistered

Steps to reproduce:
1. Log in to the system
2. Navigate to the Attendees page
3.Click on Create
4.Insert in Phone more than 15 numbers and dot (“.“)in middle(e.g. "+1234567890.1234567890" or "12")
5.Insert in other fields valid credential
6.Select Webinar
7.Click on Create button
8.Observe the created Attendees in the list

Expected Result:
System needs to accept Phone number where you can separate numbers with ("-").

Actual Result:
The system allows the Attendee to be created with invalid phone data without any validation error or restriction and not allowing you when you separate numbers with (-).
