Description:
The High School field should accept alphabetic characters (both Latin and Cyrillic),
all letter cases (lower and upper), special characters (only “- “,” `”, “.” and “& “) and
spaces. It should be minimum 10 and maximum 50 characters in length.

Pre-conditions:
User must be preregistered

Steps to reproduce:
1. Log in to the system
2. Navigate to the Attendees page
3.Click on Create
4.Insert in High School less than 10 or more than 50 characters, numbers and special characters (e.g. "<More^than$50#characters>, special characters & numbers12345 123456789012345678901234567890Лфјфбфбнфkxndbehrjnf7476454*#&#^#^37635[÷>_÷_/")
5.Insert in other fields valid credential
6.Select Webinar
7.Click on Create button
8.Observe the created Attendees in the list

Expected Result:
A validation message should prevent from creating Attendee with invalid High School data

Actual Result:
The system allows the Attendee to be created with invalid High School data without any validation error or restriction.
