open[Attendees] User who is not admin only need to have permission to see the attendees

Environment:
https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/login
Pre-conditions:
At least one attendee must be created in the system
Steps to reproduce:
1. Log in to the system
2. Navigate to the Attendees page
3.Click on trash been in the end of attendees
4.When pop up comes to ask you if you want to delete, click "Yes, delete it!"
Expected Result:
When user open Attendees only need to have permission to see the created Attendees and not edit or delete because he doesn’t have permission to create
Actual Result:
User can edit and delete attendees

Menu Item 4: Attendees
Here, the user should be able to register an attendee for a certain webinar, when logged in as admin.
The user should see all the created Attendees, as well as edit/delete and create new Attendees by
clicking on the CREATE button.
