Description
By selecting 'All' from the 'Items per page' drop-down list on the 'Attendees' page, no records are found even though 'All' is selected to display.

Steps to reproduce
- Log in to the system
- Navigate to the 'Attendees' page
- Click on the 'Items per page' drop-down list on the bottom of the page
- Select 'All' from the list to display all items
- Observe the behavior of the Items being displayed
Expected Result
All created attendees should be displayed on the page when 'All' is selected from the 'Items per page' drop-down list
Actual Result
On the 'Attendees' page no records are found when 'All' is selected from the 'Items per page' drop-down list
