Description
User Create Form accepts creating user with name more than 25 characters and less than 3 characters that are outside of the limit

Steps to reproduce

"1.Log in to the system URL:https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/dashboard
2.Navigate to ""Users"" page URL:https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/users
3.Click on Create button right up the corner
4.Click on Name field
5.Enter a Name
with 30 characters (e.g Qnqgepnoyblkkgskkoalvqufczvvsa)
with 2 characters (e.g Qn)
6.Observe the Name in Name field"

Expected Result
An error message should prevent creating user with Name more than 25 and less than 3 characters

Actual Result
The Create User form accepts creating user with Name of 30 charcatres and 2 characters without triggering any error message
