Description
Name field allows input of all special characters instead of restricting input to only "-" and "."

Steps to reproduce
"1.Log in to the system URL:https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/dashboard
2.Navigate to ""Users"" page URL:https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/users
3.Click on Create button right up the corner
4.Click on Name field
5.Enter a Name
with special characters (e.g ""Elena@@£$%*&"")
6.Click on Create button"

Expected Result
The Name filed should display an error message when invalid characters are entered

Actual Result
The Name filed accepts all special characters without triggering any error message
