Interrapt G22

The "Title" field in the creation form of the Webinars allows users to input less than 5 characters.

Steps to reproduce
1. The user should be registered and navigate to the https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/webinars/create
2. Click on "Create" button
3. Fill the "Title" field with "eee"
4. Fill all other fields with valid data
5. Click on "Create" button

Expected result

The webinar should not be created and error message " The title field is required" should be displayed below the title field

Actual result

The webinar is created
