Interrapt G33

Occupation field accepts less than 5 and more than 25 characters without any error message which it shouldn't.

Environment
Platform: Windows 10 Professional 10.0.19045

1. Navigate to the mentor create page.
2. Fill every field other than ""Occupation"" with valid data.
3. Input less than 5 or more than 25 characters in the ""Occupation"" field.
4. Click create.

Expected result:
User should see an error message saying the character limit not reached/exceeded.

Actual result:
Occupation field accepts the string and the mentor is created.
