Precondition:
The user must be logged into Interrapt.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to the "Tags" section using the menu.
2. Click on the "CREATE" button located in the top-right corner.
3. Enter a tag title containing unsupported special characters (e.g., !, #, @, etc.).
4. Click the "Create" button to submit the form.

Expected Result:
The title field should only allow the special characters '-' and '.', while rejecting all others with a validation error message.

Actual Result:
The title field accepts special characters beyond the specified ones without providing any validation error.
