Description
Name of icons sholud be displayed when putting the cursor hover over the icons "Export"/ "Edit" / "Delete"

Steps to reproduce
1. Login in to the system
2. Click on Attenees menu
3. Putting the cursor over a icon "Export" / "Edit"/ "Delete"

Expected Results
A name of the icon should be displayed when the cursor is over the icon:
"Export"
"Edit"
"Delete"

Actual Results
Hovering over an icon does not trigger any action or visual feedback
