Interrapt G34

Description:
The current table design requires users to scroll down to access the horizontal scrollbar, which can be inconvenient when working with data in the upper rows.

Adding a horizontal scrollbar at the top would streamline navigation and improve user experience by providing quick access to horizontal scrolling without unnecessary steps.

2. Navigate to the "Webinar" menu
3. Observe the positioning of the horizontal scrollbar

Expected Result:
The horizontal scrollbar should be accessible both at the top and bottom of the table for ease of navigation

Actual Result:
The horizontal scrollbar is only located at the bottom, requiring users to scroll down to access it
