Title input field in create form from webinars menu accept less than 5 characters, although according to the specification document title field should accept minimum 5 and maximum 50 characters in length.

Steps to reproduce:
1.User should be logged in and navigated to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/webinars
2.Click on "Create" button in the top right corner
3.Click on "Title" input field
4.Enter title "QA"
5. Fill other fields with valid data
6.Click on "CREATE" button

Expected result:
Webinar should not be created and error message should be displayed

Actual result:
Message "Webinar has been created successfully" is displayed and webinar with title that has less than 5 characters is created
