open(Webinars) User can create webinar when uses other fonts in the title field except Cyrilic and Latin

Browser: Google Chrome Version 131.0.6778.139 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Precondition:
User must be logged in
Description:
User can use other fonts in the title field ex.Chinese,Arabic fonts
Steps to reproduce:
1.Log in into Interrapt
2.Click the 'Webinars' menu
3.Click the 'Create' button
4.Fill the title field with "传统的"
5.Fill all required fields(Description,date and time,link,image upload,mentor,tag)
6.Click the "Create" button
7.Observe
Expected results
The user should be not able to create Webinars by using other fonts then Cyrilic and Latin in the Title field
Actual results:
The user can create webinars even when he uses other fonts in the titlle field
