Implementation of key elements in the search preview (e.g. Date generated, From - to , Last edited)

User must be logged on Interrapt
Steps to reproduce
1. Click on the 'Tags' via navigation menu
2. Click on the 'Search' field in the top right corner
3. Input data in 'Search' for select Tags by data 'Ta'
4. Check the content of the result
Expected result
Expected search result should have clear and simple preview, suitable for future analyses
Actual result
The search result gives preview of very different types of Tags, which is confusing and nonfunctional for analyzes.
