Browser: Google Chrome Version 131.0.6778.140 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Description: The user can create a webinar with a name containing fewer than five characters.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Log in to intterupt
2. Click the webinar's menu
3. Click the create button
4. Fill the title with 4 characters and every other fields
5. Click create button
Expected results:
The user can't create a webinar with less than 5 characters
Actual Result: The user can create a webinar with less than 5 characters
