Description:
By creating the user and entering special characters "@" the user successfully was created

Pre-conditions:
The user must be logged in and navigated to the Interrupt page and users menu

Steps to reproduce:
1.Click in Create button on right upper corner on page.
2.Create form is opened
3.Enter special character "@" like part of your name in the name field

Expected Result:
Message should be shown that the name field is required with
red letters

Actual Result:
There is no restriction enternig special character "@" in the name field and the user was created successfully
