Description
When creating a new user, the email field does not enforce proper email validation rules. The system allows the creation of a user with an invalid email address that lacks a valid domain (e.g., user@com).

Steps to reproduce
1. Log in to the Interapt
2. Navigate to the Users page
3. Click on the ""Create"" button
4.Fill in all required fields, including an invalid email address like user@com.
5.Click on create button
6.Observe whether the system accepts the invalid email address and successfully creates the user.

Expected Result
The system should validate the email field and reject invalid email addresses like "user@com"

Actual Result
The system allows the creation of a new user with an invalid email address (e.g., user@com). No validation error is triggered, and the user is successfully created with an incorrect email format.
