Pre-conditions:
The user is logged in as a regular user on the "Attendees" page and is editing an existing "Attendee" record.

Steps to reproduce:
1.Log in as a regular user.
2.Click on the "Attendees" menu.
3.Click on the green 'EDIT' button.
4.Fill in the 'Surname' with data.
5.Click on 'EDIT' button.
6.Observe the action.

Expected Result:
The user should be able to enter maximum 25 characters.

Actual Result:
The "Surname" field allows surnames with more than 25 characters to be entered.
