Interrapt G22

As per the requirements the "Title" field should accept a maximum 50 characters in length but allows the user to input more than specified

Steps to reproduce:
1. Click on the "Webinars" tab from the menu on the left side of the page
2. Click the "Create" button located on the right upper corner of the page
3. Click on the "Title" field
4. Fill the "Title" field with 51 characters
5. Fill the rest of the form field with valid data
6. Click on the "Create" button in the bottom of the page

Expected result:
The webinar should not be created and message under the "Title" field "The title field is required" with red letters should be displayed

Actual result:
Webinar is created without any error message
