Description
When the user presses the save button without making any changes, the website should not react.
Environment
OS - Windows 11 Pro 24H2 OS Build 26100.2605
Brave Browser 1.79.123 (64-Bit)

Steps to reproduce
1. Navigate to the "Users" form.
2. Click on the burger menu down in the left corner
3. Click on the "Your profile" button
4. Click on the "Save" button located in the upper right corner of the "Your profile" form
Actual Result
A pop up confirmation message shows up in the upper right corner saying "User has been edited successfully"
Expected Result
User should not be able to click on the "Save" button since no changes have been made.
