[Attendees] System allows attendee registration with invalid characters in the 'Name' field

Description

The application allows an admin user to register a new attendee using a name that contains invalid characters (e.g., @, #, 123, !, etc.) in the 'Name' field. There is no input validation in place to restrict or notify the user about unacceptable characters.

Environment
'Google Chrome' (137.0.7151.69 (Official Build) (64-bit)
System : Windows 11

Precondition
The user must be logged in as an admin

Steps to reproduce
  1. Click on the 'Attendees' via navigation menu
  2. Click on the 'CREATE' button in the top right corner
  3. Enter invalid name in the 'Name' field
  4. Enter valid surname in the 'Surname' field
  5. Enter valid email in the 'Email' field
  6. Enter valid phone number in the 'Phone' field
  7. Enter valid City in the 'City' field
  8. Enter valid High School in the 'High School' field
  9. Enter valid Faculty in the 'Faculty' field
  10. Select Webinar from the drop-down menu
  11. Click on the 'CREATE' button

Expected Result
Attendee should not be created and a message should be shown that the name field is
required in red letters.

Actual Result
Attendee is created successfully with invalid characters in the 'Name' field.
