Interrapt G35

The user is able to create new user with using special characters like ''_'', more than 25 and less than 3 characters

Environment
https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/users

Steps to reproduce
1.Navigate on the "Users" page
2. Click on the "Create" button in the top right corner
3.Fill in the 'Name' field with data [Jovana]
4. Fill in the 'Email' field with data [[email protected]]
5.Fill in the 'Password' field with data [password123]
6.Click on the "Create" button

Expected result
The user should not be able to create new user and a message with
red letters should be shown that the 'Name' field is required.

Actual result
The user is able to create new user without meeting any criteria.
