Interrapt G35

The user is able to change the password without meeting the criteria, using more than 30 characters, and without using special characters and combinations of numbers

Environment

Steps to reproduce
1.Navigate on the "Users" form
2.Click on the "Profile" button in the bottom left corner
3. Enter data in the 'Current password' field [Student@1]
4. Enter data in the 'New password' field [jovana]
5. Enter data in the 'Confirm new password' field [jovana]
6. Click "Change Password" button

Expected result
The user should not be able to change the password without meeting the criteria combination of numbers, alphabetic
characters ( Latin and Cyrillic) and special characters, minimum 8 and maximum 30 characters

Actual result
The user is able to change the password without meeting any criteria and successfully navigates to the page
