Interrapt G35

An admin user should be able to delete a tag, but a normal user should not be able to delete a created tag.

Environment
https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/login

1. The user must be preregistered
2. The user must be logged in

1. Click on the `Tags` button via navigation menu
2. Click on the `Delete` button from 'Actions' on one of the already created tags
3. Inspect if the Tag is deleted

Expected result
A normal user should not be able to delete a created tag

Actual result
A normal user is able to delete any from the tags that are created
