[Attendees] When an Attendee is created "Surname" input field accepts not allowed special characters

Description

User is able to create an attendee with not allowed special characters, only allowed special characters are ("-", " . ")

Steps to reproduce
1.Log in to the page
2.Navigate to the 'Attendees' page
3.Click on 'Create' Button
4.Fill in ""Surname"" field with not allowed special characters
5.Save the Attendee by clicking the 'Create' Button

Expected Result
An attendee should not be created and an error message should be displayed

Actual Result
Attendee is created with not allowed special characters
