Interrapt G35

Just an admin user should be able to delete a created attendee.

Environment
iPhone 15, iOS 17.5.1
https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/login

1. Log in as a normal user
2. Click on the `Attendees` button via navigation menu
3. Click on the `Delete` button from 'Actions'
4. Inspect if the attendee is deleted

Expected result
A normal user should not be able to delete a created attendee.

Actual result
A normal user is able to delete any from the attendees that are created.
