[Attendees] The time when the Attendee is created is invalid

Description

When creating an Attendee, the time that the Attendee was created shown in the application does not match the time in real life

Environment
iPhone 13, iOS 17.1.1

Steps to reproduce
  1. Log in to the system
  2. Access the 'Tags' page via the navigation menu
  3. Click on te 'Create' button
  4. Fill in the fields with valid data
  5. Click on the 'Create' button
  6. Navigate back to the 'Attendees' page
  7. Search the created Attendee via the 'Search' bar
  8. Observe the information displayed for the created Attendee

Expected result
The date and time for the creation of the Attendee should be correct

Actual result
The time displayed in the application does match the real time in which the tag was created
