[Mentors]User cannot create a new mentor if the ‘Occupation’ field contains special characters except (“-“ and “.”)

Description

When the user fills in the 'Occupation' field in the ''Create'' option on the top right of the Mentors page with special characters exept (''-'' and ''.'') the mentor is created.

Steps to reproduce
  1. Log in to the system
  2. Navigate to the ''Mentors'' page
  3. Click on the ''Create'' button
  4. Enther the ''Occupation'' field with special characters exept (''-'' and ''.'')eg,(M$HAN!CAR)
  5. Observe the created mentor in the menu

Expected Result
The mentor should not be created and a Error message shown in red text; occupation field is required

Actual Result
The mentor is created and no error message is shown
