Interrapt G22

Description :
When searching users by the date they were created, the date picker doesn't list the users properly

Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/users
2. Leave the ''Name'' and ''Email'' fields empty
3. Select any date on the date picker from the ''Created at'' column

Actual result:
When selected any date from the ''Created at'' column, the results for the users don't change

Expected result:
When selecting any date from the ''Created at'' column, the users that were created on that date should be listed, if there are none, the list should be empty
