[Mentors] User can create a mentor profile with invalid special characters in the Bio field.

Description
If User enters invalid special characters in the Bio field, after clicking “Create” in the webinar error message shoud be shown in red text; bio field is required.
- Log in to the application using a valid user account that has permission to create a mentor.
- Navigate to the Mentor page.
- Fill in all required fields (e.g., Name, Surname, Email and Occupation)
- In the Bio field, enter text that includes one or more invalit special characters (e.g., @#!$%^).
- Click Create button.
Expected Result
When the user attempts to submit the form with invalid special characters in the Bio field, the modal remains open, an inlline validation message is displayed. Mentor creation shoud be blocked until the invalid characters are removed.
Actual Result
The system allows creation of a new mentor even the Bio field contins invalid special characters. No validation error is displayed, and the mentor is successfully created with invalid input.
