Environment:
Browser: Google Chrome Version 136.0.7103.114
OS: Windows 11 64-bit
URL:https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/webinars/create

Step to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to the Create Webinar page
2. Start entering data in any input field
3. Without clicking the Create button, click on the Back button

Expected Result:
A confirmation message should appear, warning the user about unsaved changes
'You have unsaved changes.Are you sure you want to leave this page?'

Actual Results:
The system navigates back immediately without any warning. All unsaved data is lost.
