Steps to Reproduce:
1.Log in to the platform
2.Navigate to the Webinar List
3.Identify a webinar with a past End Date
4.Click on the webinar link to open the registration page
5.Observe the registration form
6.Try to enter data and click Register or Join

Expected Result:
Registration form should be disabled or hidden. A message should be shown, such as:
'This webinar is ended.Registration is closed'.

Actual Result:
Registration form is still active and allowsthe user to enter data and attempt registration for pasr webinar.
