Steps to Reproduce:
1.Log in to the platform
2.Navigate to the Mentors module
3.Click on 'Create'
4.Fill in all fields with valid data
5.In the Bio field, enter less than 20 characters
6.Click 'Create'

Expected Result:
Validation message should appear('Bio must be at least 20 characters')
Mentor should not be created

Actual Result:
No validation message is shown
Mentor is created and displayed in the list
Bio shorter than 20 characters is accepted
