Password field form for creating Users accept more than 30 characters

Steps to reproduce
1. Navigate to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/users/create
2. Click on the "Password" field form
3. Enter "Password" 40 characters length
4. Fill all the mandatory fields
5. Click on the "Create" button on the bottom

Expected result
User should not be created and error message should be shown in red letters

Actual result
New User is created
