Steps to reproduce

1. Navigate to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/login
2. Login with valid credentials
3. On dashboard near every webinar card select "Participate" button

Expected result
Clicking the "participate" button on any webinar card should redirect the user to fill the participation form for the selected webinar

Actual result
No "Participate" button is available
