Description

Pre-condition:
User must be registered

Steps to reproduce:
1.Navigate to url https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz
2.Log in with valid credentials
3.Navigate to tags menu
4.click on create button
5.Fill the tag field with 1 letter
6.Click on create

Test Data:

Expected results:
A tag should not be impossible to create

Actual result:
Error message should be shown
