Description: When creating a webinar, the user is able to insert more than 50 characters in the title field

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Navigate to the url
2. Log in with valid credentials
3. Click on the hamburger menu in the upper left corner
4. Select webinars by clicking on it
5. In the upper left corner click on the CREATE button
6. Click on the title field
7. Write a title that contains more than 50 characters

Expected Result
The user should not be able to write more than 50 characters and an error message should be displayed

Actual Result
The user can write more than 50 characters and no error message is displayed
