While creating a webinar start date greater than the end date can be selected

Precondition
The user must be registered and logged in with a valid credential

Step To Reproduce
1. Navigate to URL https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz
2. On the left side menu click on the Webinar
3. Click on the Create button
4. Enter the title in the title input field
5. Add a description in the description
6. Choose a start date greater than the end date
7. Full-fill the other field from the registration form with the required data
8. Press Create button

Expected Result
The error message should be displayed and the user should not be able to create a webinar

Actual Result
"Webinar has been created successfully" is displayed, and the webinar is created
