Description
The desktop app fails show spelling error when the spelling error checkbox option is checked and its expected to give us warning and red underline on the word with spelling mistakes

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch the desktop app.
2.Navigate to the app settings.
3.Uncheck the word suggestion option.
4.Leave the "Spelling Error" option checked.
5.Start writing in the app.

Expected Results

The app should show warnings with red underlines for the words which are misspelled.

Actual Results
The app shows no warnings or red underlines for the words which are misspelled.
