Steps To Reproduce:
1. Navigate to the url
2. Log in with valid credentials
3. Click on the hamburger menu in the upper left corner
4. Select webinars by clicking on it
5. In the upper left corner click on the CREATE button
6. Click on the title field
7. Write a title that contains less than 5 characters
Expected Result
The user should not be able to write a title with less than 5 characters and an error message should be displayed
Actual Result
The user can write a title with less than 5 characters and no error message is displayed
