Description: While creating webinar start date greater that the end date can be selected

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Navigate to the url https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/
2. Log in with valid credentials
3. Click on the hamburger menu in the top left corner
4. Select webinars from menu
5. In the top right corner click on the CREATE button
6. Fulfill all the mandatory fields
7. Insert start date greater than the end date
8. Click on Create button

Expected Result
The webinar should not be created

Actual Result
The webinar is successfully created
