User is able to create tags with the same title

Environment
Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra Opera Version:99.0.4788.47

Steps To Reproduce
1. Navigate to the url https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/
2. Log in with valid credentials
3. Click on the hamburger menu in the top left corner
4. Select tags from menu
5. In the top left corner click on create button
6. Write already existing title(tester)

Expected Result
The tag should not be created

Actual Result
New tag has beeen created
