Steps To Reproduce
1. Navigate to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/login
2. Login with Valid Credentials
3. Select Tag on the hamburger menu on the upper left corner
3. Click on the CREATE button
4. Click on the Tag Title input field
5. Insert less than 5 characters in the Tag title input field (1234)

Expected Result
User should not be able to insert less than 5 characters in the Title input field while creating Tag or validation message should be displayed

Actual Result
User is able to insert less than 5 characters in the Title input field while creating Tag and no validation message is displayed
