Steps To Reproduce
1. Navigate to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/login
2. Login with Valid Credentials
3. Select Webinar on the hamburger menu on the upper left corner
3. Select active Webinar by clicking on the Webinar URL (https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/webinar/632645065)
4. Register on the Webinar with non-existent email address (test@gmail)
Expected Result
User should not be able to register on active Webinar with non-existent email address
Actual Result
User can register on active Webinar with non-existent email address
