• Steps to reproduce
  1.Log in to the url
  2.Click on "User"field in the left side on the page
  3.Click on "CREATE" button at the top right on the page
  4.Enter a invalid name in the "Name" input field (e.g. tatatatatatattatattattatatatatatatatatatatatatTTTTTTT)
  5.Enter the valid form of email address in the "Email" input field
  6.Enter the valid form of password in the "Password" input field
  9.Click on "CREATE" button

• Expected result
  -The User should not be created with invalid name

• Actual result
  -New user is created with invalid name
