Verify search bar functionality

Pre-Conditions
User should be logged in and navigated to webinars page.

Steps To Reproduce
1.In the search bar input "2023" as search information.

Expected Result
1.Webinars that contain 2023 in their title should be displayed only.

Actual Result
1.Webinars created in 2023, regardless of their title information are displayed. Search option displays results where 2023 is contained in webinar data in any column in the grid.
