Interrapt G23

Description:
The "Title" field in the creation form of the Webinars allows users to input less than 5 characters.

Steps to reproduce:
1. The user should be registered and navigate to the https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/webinars/create
2. Click on "Create" button
3. Fill the "Title" field with "aaa"
4. Fill the other fields with valid data
5. Click on "Create" button

Expected result:
The webinar should not be created and error message " The title field is required" should be displayed below the title field.

Actual result

The webinar is created.
