Interrapt G23

User is able to create a tag with less than 5 characters and no validation message is displayed

Steps To Reproduce
1. Navigate to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/login
2. Login with Valid Credentials
3. Click on the CREATE button
4. Click on the Tag Title input field (abc)
5. Insert less than 5 characters in the Tag title input field (abc)

Expected Result
User should not be able to create a TAG if insert less than 5 characters or validation message should be displayed

Actual Result
User is able to insert less than 5 characters to creating a TAG and no validation message is displayed
