Steps to Reproduce
1.Navigate to 'URL' and go on Tags menu.
2.Click on 'CREATE' button.
3.Enter more than 21 characters in 'Title' field.
4.Try to click on 'CREATE' button.
Expected Result
The 'CREATE' button should be disabled and the user should not be able to create the Tag.
Actual Result
The user is able to create the Tag.
