When a user click the "Add" button in "Add your card info" window, the application should to pop-up a window with card input fields.

Steps to reproduce:
User add items in the cart.
User click on "Proceed to payment" button.
User chooses "pay by card" option.
From a "Add your card info" pop-up window the user clicks on the "Add"button.

Expected result:
A new window with credit card input fields should be displayed where the user should add his credit card data. By clicking the "Proceed" button a "Payment process was successful. Items will be successfully delivered to your address." message should pop up.

Actual result:
Window with message "Your order is processing and will be successfully delivered to your address.
The address for delivery that you put in the registration form is displayed) Payment method:
Pay in cash." is displayed.
